Does it connect to Square?

Direct Square booking is planned. Today, it can send your team appointment requests to confirm in Square.

What if a caller wants a person?

It can take a callback request and include it in your call email. Your team makes the callback.

When does it answer?

We agree your coverage schedule and normal-line handling at setup and test them before activation.

Does it text callers?
